Being in a customer driven business, I am aware of the numerous complaints received when things don't occur the way customers want them to. These are the unfortunate times when we get to hear how terrible the service was or how terrible the management was.
However, this is not one of those times! I would like to take the time to express my gratitude for the service I received from you and your Maintenance Staff, Tim and the other two younger guys (I forgot their names). Coming into the office right before it was time to leave was clearly not the most ideal time to address a maintenance issue, but your staff addressed my problem quickly!!
Thank you for your prompt service and these are the things that make a tenant feel good about the place they live. Keep up the good work!!
